Well, Egypt is Islamic country, the AIDs in USA is pretty more than Egypt although that Egypt loves sex 10x more than USA.

because in these religious contries it is hard to seek sex and porno in other ways because of religious beleives of general papulation (internet is the easy way because you search personally and there is no shop,… ). In america they can buy porn dvd/vcd or magazines,… everywhere which is not accepted in Iran for example.
